        These folks are easy to talk to, deal with and will answer any question you have. They even found a way to get me a hard to find charger that they did not have to do. But they did it cheerfully. Jennifer and the whole team are low pressure and friendly.

        Jennifer is a breath of fresh air she treats you like family and definitely goes over her way to help customers I was very frustrated trying to submit a claim seem like no one wanted to take time and help a old man make a simple insurance claim ! She even gave me a discount on my phone case and screen glass she made sure to make me feel like a valued customer thats been with cricket for 15 years! You go Jennifer keep being you and you will become the absolute best
