        Hannah was nice, enthusiastic and friendly. She even made sure that I applied for the $300 gift card which I was going to use to buy a bigger band for the free watch I qualified for. But now, you've threatened to stop service to my watch because I haven't used it and now you say I don't qualify for the $300 gift card. I am unhappy about both developments.
