        I have been to this location a few times. And I have been to the standalone Verizon store in town as well. This location (In the Jacksonville Mall) is BY FAR the best!! Our sales rep was Christine Harwood, and in my many years of being a Verizon customer she is one of two sales people that has been helpful to me. (Consequentially, the other helpful man worked at this kiosk as well...) I highly recommend going to this location if you need anything. If they can't do it for you, then they WILL help you find the correct person to contact. 5/5

        Great service. Ricky is the best! On the spot with whatever needs I have to be filled. He even help me figure out a plan based on my usage that saved me an additional $30/month. I'd recommend to anyone.
