    This place is a joke. I dont say that lightly either. We upgraded 3 devices when the S23 Ultra had a promo for trade in. February 2023. Was told to wipe the phone clean and drop it off for the deal when I had done so. I did. Waited a few months assuming it would take a while to credit my account. I call to get an update and customer service says they put the promo on someone elses account. Its a $1,000 PROMO!! That unfortunately the promo is too large to do on their end so go back to the store I dropped it off at & ask for the manager to do what they can. She couldnt do anything & says the district manager will be contacting me. That was on 5/17/23 and still have heard nothing. The store manager said she will TEXT with an update if there is one.. which for 1, is unprofessional & 2 its been 3 weeks and she is no help. Ive been with AT&T for almost 8 years and the issues weve dealt with from the moment we stepped foot into that store are unbelievable. Save your time and headache and drive to a different location where people are educated upon their products and how to run their services.

    After accidentally visiting an authorized dealer (I'll never make that mistake again), I was pleased to be immediately greeted by store associate Maria. She walked to me to see how she could help instead of addressing me while sitting down. She was incredibly attentive and showed no frustration at the fact that my phone charge had quickly declined and also did not want to charge. She tried everything she could to fix my current phone before helping me file an insurance claim. While filing the claim she was super patient as we had to try various charging stations to find a wireless one that could help my phone get to 2% so we could pull the email code needed to finish the claim. The service difference from the authorized dealer store I went to and the actual AT&T store was incredible. I honestly never realized the stand alone authorized dealers would be that much different, but I would never go to one again. Save yourself some time and go to an actual retail location. If you find yourself at the Western store hopefully you are lucky enough to have Maria help you. I will say all of the staff seemed helpful and knowledgeable so im sure you'd be in good hands as long as you don't go to an authorized dealer.

    Customer service is sad compared to Verizon or even StraightTalk. They don't take responsibility for anything, especially if they can lock you in a "contractless" contract. Couldn't even downgrade my phone without paying it off first. Don't waste your money. Go to Verizon where they actually value clients and don't just look at you as another sales number.
