I love the atmosphere there super chill, I felt comfortable asking questions and knew I was getting the correct answers. This woman knows her brand & how to treat customers. Theres a lot of companies that lack people who care, this is not one of them. Thank you Nicole for caring.

        The Richlands store was a great help, it's the customer service line that is horrendous. I was with T mobile for a week and trying to cancel properly was nothing but a headache. I will never use T mobile.
