Over priced phones

They were very friendly, engaging and courteous. Went in to replace a damaged phone and based on their professionalism I walked out buying a much better phone plus accessories. Normally this might frustrate a customer, however their knowledge of products and personal anecdotes gave me more confidence as a consumer to make a much needed and more expensive upgrade. Additionally, one of the ladies was new and being trained on the system. Still she was a fast learner and a natural with customer service. The other young lady that was training her gave her excellent guidance and instruction. I I never felt like I was the training aid or that my time and money were being wasted. There was a problem with my new phone later that night and my wife and I returned there the next day to resolve the issue. I was glad that they were both there and that there was a warm reception and genuine concern regarding the issue. Ultimately my wife and I enjoyed our time there with them that we ended up staying longer than expected just to chat about phones and service plans as well as life in general. It was a far superior service that what I have received in the past with other service providers and stores.
