        Was running a promotion when we added a line that all you had to pay was the taxes on the phone and there would be no payments after that. That was a lie. Ive called Verizon about this multiple times. Submitted tickets. Been ignored. I wouldnt trust this location. After dealing with their customer service, wouldnt trust the company. Seems like they tell you one thing to get off the phone, but dont deliver on it.

        Javier is the best! He is so sweet and very very knowledgeable. If you go in to this store I highly recommend asking for him. My husband and I both upgraded and the process was seamless thanks to him. Thank you again!!!

        no help from workers here just wanted help getting my problem fixed bec they sent me the wrong return box and the lady wouldnt even try and call Verizon for me just kept saying sorry nothing I can do so you cant call them for me and try and fix it ??? Even when I told you they told me over the phone to come to the store where I bought it thanks for no help
