    So happy I had Roger M. to help me. It took him maybe 15 minutes to fix an issues I was on the phone with customer service for 3 hours the night prior. He was helpful and incredible nice and knew exactly what needed to be fixed I was honestly stunned at how quick I was in and out. Thank you Roger!

    I've had several interactions with this location and have always been greeted, seated, attended and taken care of in a professional manner. Staff is well educated in their duties and the products they sell. They service customers with a smile and do the same when customers come in without a smile or a problem. I've always left with a smile.

    I was a customer of the 215 Western Blvd St, Jacksonville, NC when it was with Sprint and I'm still happy! Their transition to T-mobile was seemless and gave me confidence in the new company. They always have a friendly welcome & handle all my issues large or small with knowledge of the product and confidence. There's never a question to which they can't find the answer.

    I went here in December of 2020 with my boyfriend and his parents who do not speak English very well. I was constantly relaying the services terms to them because (no one there understood Spanish) about the services and I asked the representative ( because I had previous not heard great things about their coverage) if my boyfriends service was going to work because he was going overseas and asked if he would have good coverage. They assured me the coverage in Japan would be good being that they are so close to camp Lejune a lot of their customers get their service from there. They also assured me and my boyfriend that his phone once fully paid off could be transferred over to another company (that he would be able to factory unlocked the phone and switch carriers) well fast forward to months down the road 8/4/21 he has horrible service and cannot use his phone unless he has wifi also he is charged a fee per min if he uses his phone to make regular calls or texts. His service glitches and does not load even simple messages when at work or otherwise. I would not recommend this company for anyone going on foreign deployments also this store personally took 8 hrs over a two day period to setup 5 iPhones and I had to SHOW the women working there how to transfer the phone numbers to the new phone because she didnt know how. The workers here are very poorly trained and equipped on how to properly assist customers and did a very insufficient job of setting up what was actually needed. They will LIE and say they cover your area.. my mother also used them for 6 months in VA and was having the same issues, upon calling and hours of speaking with different representatives they made us aware we have ZERO coverage in our area (we live right in town). Overall the service is just bad and the customer service is horrible. I will NEVER recommend this company and I would advise not to go here if you live in Jacksonville or on base at lejune and are looking to switch services. Go to sprint or Verizon.
