        Wonderful customer service. I was in town helping my grandfather with his account and upgrading his phone. Marquis the Verizon agent working with us was patient and informative through the whole process. Deserves a raise. He truly cares for his customers. Our transaction turned more complicated then intended from when my grandmother passed away a few years ago. He stayed with us the whole time and made all the customer service calls and account updates needed to fix my grandfathers account. He updated my grandfather with a new phone and watch as well as bringing down his monthly bill. Wonderful and thoughtful customer service. Thank you Marquis!
