      image I got a washer & dryer delivered today (with other things) the techs came out & waited to tell me I had to go buy my own dryer vent I got over that and figured it out and installed myself, I went to do a load of laundry and since they installed it INCORRECTLY my downstairs flooded. They have no after hours contact, I am hoping to be remimbursed for the towels that'll be moldy now & a giant Costco pack 40$ worth of paper towels. I'm even more annoyed cause the guys who came out, the main one seemed like he didn't even want to be here and gave me attitude when I asked more questions about the dryer vent (I don't know things about dryer vents)
