Had to wait a few months for them to give me a used refrigerator. That's alot of food that I had to throw out over time because the fridge wasn't cold enough.

Property manger very personable and listens to the needs of tenants. Very prompt service when services to fix unit are needed. Very quiet neighborhood

When we first moved here 4.5 years ago the management was Terrible. Since Monica left, we have NO complaints Except for the cracking noise coming from the apt above us

The repairs/replacements were done within 24 hours of the request.
