The Reserve at Catawba Creek

I lived here for 3 years and this is the best place to live. I always wanted something quiet coming from a big city with noise, I cherish the peaceful place. Always clean and maintenance is great. If anything that need to be done or repaired they where amazing.

I am very late at leaving my review, but I would like to say living here was the best living experience Ive had in terms of peace, safety, cleanliness, service and overall genuine care. The maintenance team is second to none! Suzan was the closest thing to a mother to me being there, always helpful, kind and busy lol! As I move forward in life, I always remember how she treated me and Im thankful to say we crossed paths.

Suzanne Davis greeted me as I entered the office. She was warm and firendly, as well as accommodating. Suzanne answered all my questions and gave me great information! I was so impressed with her knowledge and help! I so appreciate all she did to make me feel welcome, particularily the personal tour. All around my drop in experience was excellent! Thank you!

I have lived at Catawba Creek for over 1 year. Suzanne is great at answering questions and the maintenance staff responded in a timely manner to concerns. This is a great location for anyone working near Gastonia!

We love living here more than any other apartments I've lived at; it's very peaceful and quiet and Suzanne has been so incredibly kind and helpful to us :)
