I apply here they talked it up when I when in to see apartment talk about wavying application fee but still had to pay a 100 dollar fee but I never heard from them again not contact at all if got the apartment or not but they sure keep my 100 dollars glad I wasn't depending on them and had applications at other places and found something more of what I was looking for

We lived there for 2 1/2 years. One issue after another. Always some sort of excuse. Even their "renovations" were bad. From fixing a carpet with duct tape to leaving sub flooring exposed.

Moved in about a month ago and I don't like it. My neighbors are loud and they don't care. From 7 pm to 3 or 4 am in the morning its nothing but loud music or tv. Might brake my lease.

Ive been living at Carriage House almost two and half years now, and I havent had an experience that that wasnt settled in a timely and respectful manner. The property management are great people and easy to talk to, and I love that. The upkeep of the property is to my satisfaction and theres plenty of parking space. Carriage Houses is also assessable to restaurants, movies theater , Walmart and many other places to shop safely while enjoying the day. Ive recommend this property to a few of my friends and family. I really like it here
