Had a tour of these apartments last week with the new property manager Stacy, who is a very honest and genuine person to begin with. Apartments have been recently renovated and have a very good look and feel to them as well. Currently have an application pending to these apartments and am looking forward to moving in soon. I would not hesitate to get in contact with Stacy to take a tour and give these apartments a look!

I had a walk in last week to view the two bedroom apartment because my sister is relocating to the area and needs a place to stay. I met with Deb and she was super pleasant and took time to give me a tour. Deb explained the amenities of the apartment complex and the renovations were very nice. I love the reasonable rates and will be coming back to have my sister apply. Thank you Landings!

Soooooo glad I read the reviews. They are awful and I couldnt imagine living here. I am in the middle of putting in my application, but tomorrow I am calling and canceling it. I cant believe all the awful reviews these apartments have. I am so disappointed, because the outside looks really nice and the community in the day time seemed nice. I really had my hopes up about moving here, but not after reading the reviews. One up side. The office assistant is really nice and was really helpful.

If I could give negative stars, I would. To provide some background information: My husband and I are looking for a 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment as we are moving and need a bigger space. We currently reside in Mills Creek. We scheduled a tour for 10:30am Thursday morning on Monday, but when we arrived to the leasing office Thursday, it was closed and locked, no one in sight. Thankfully, we ran into what we assumed were maintenance employees who we were able to answer our questions. Without hesitating, he offered to give us a brief tour of the available units. While the units were somewhat out of date, it appeared they had renovated them recently and they looked overall nice. Unfortunately, due to the fact that we were given the tour by a maintenance personnel, we were unable to find out the price of the units (not his fault at all). This made things a lot more difficult as we could not fairly weigh this complex with others nearby. While the tour was pleasant and extremely appreciated, we both unanimously agreed that we would not want to live in a place we cannot contact management. If you are looking for a place to live, you may want to rethink this location.
