        We've just moved in and were extremely pleased with how quickly the move-in process was! Also, the units are very well cared for and spacious. The ladies in the office are always very patient, helpful, and friendly (especially Sydney)! I'd definitely recommend this complex, and I'm not sure where the negative reviews stem from to be honest. I personally have nothing but positive things to say about Brentwood Chase!

        I have never experience such an easy and efficient process. Christy gave me the initial tour when I was shopping for a new place. She was so warm and helpful from the moment I met her; throughout the application process and through to the day I moved in. She is so wonderful and has set such a positive tone for this property off the gate. The property is so well kept, clean, quiet, and the unit is BEAUTIFUL. I have lived my entire life in Gastonia and the east end of town has always been my favorite. At Brentwood, you are literally a few minutes of all shopping and restaurants; but the apartments are in the quietest location (best of both worlds). The amenities are hard to beat - a gorgeous fire pit area, pool and more than one dog park that my golden doodle already loves. I CAN NOT express enough gratitude for the incredible hospitality the staff has extended to my son and I, or express how much I love my new home here at Brentwood Chase. If you are looking for an apartment that truly does not feel like one, amazing amenities, and a staff that truly makes you feel valued; I STRONGLY encourage you to consider Brentwood Chase
