Promised a truck they don’t even have in Charlotte. Go with Penske they saved us today.

We made a reservation AND paid for a truck. When we showed up they said they didn't see a reservation and there is nothing they could do about it...

Can't stand this company. Not just this location but all of them. They might be nice but they use bandaids instead of actually fixing things

This time my experience with rental was great. Eric was good to work with. Will definitely rent from them again if I need something.
