One of the worst service ever. Came to pick up the u- haul truck but they say they said they are double booked. But they had 5 truck outside their parking After and can be reserved after 5pm. We were there in about 3:36pm. There is no logic because no one will take their truck for just 1.5 hr. Disappointed with their service. Be very careful while reserving with them. They might not take any online reservation because they make more for walk in.

Needed a Uhaul last minute. They were open, available and friendly. Got a great deal. Truck was clean. Loved the decor of the office, had a nice rustic feel to the inside of it. Definitely would recommend it to anyone else. And definitely will be back myself.

This location is a must for anyone in the area in need of U-Haul services. Randall was incredibly professional and really went out of his way to take care of us! Best experience yet!! Will go back when needed! Thanks!!
