Got rear ended by a driver and Enterprise. They only had one car late Friday, so I took that and was told to call the next week. Rate was approved by enterprise and I was told that the difference was not an issue. Got a bill after turning in the car, so I called immediately. Was told there were no notes in the system. Because of this I was stuck with the difference. This location wouldnt believe State Farm or me, even when we had dates and records of the communication. They told me that the employee who took the call didnt work there anymore, and since she didnt work there anymore, it was out of his hands. Completely incompetent management and staff with no regard for customer service.

After getting duped into the extended insurance I didn't need (which is completely my bad), they put me in a gas guzzling pickup truck even after I told them I commute 60+ miles a day. Not knowing I could change this, I ate hundreds of dollars in gas before a nice woman at the 1-800 number let me know I could change the rental. Hendrick took a much longer time to repair my car than expected, so then Enterprise began calling me about the bill (was rear-ended, should be no bill). Hendrick did go and pay for the difference in rental time, but that left me with an over $400 bill for their scam insurance. Now, when I'm trying to PAY THEM (even though it's literally a scam), they won't take my card information over the phone. This is, of course, after constantly waiting over 10 minutes for someone to answer their phone to begin with. Enterprise is garbage, and I'll rent elsewhere if I ever have to rent again.
