Budget Car Rental

Budget rental at Concord airport NC is abysmal. Few cars and when upon arrival if your car is not available you are expected to pay upgrade for whatever is available. Rent elsewhere.

Do not rent a car from Budget Car Rental. This company refused to close out my rental for 10 days they continued to charge my card. I would not recommend Budget to anyone. I will never rent with budget ever again. The keys and paperwork to close out this rental were handed directly to the person behind the counter yet my agreement was not closed for 10 days. 10 days I was charged for a rental that should have been closed, fees on my credit card totaled more than $1000 for a rental of $272. No I would never recommend budget ever again.
