        Gave me a smaller car than i paid for, it was 4 years old. Then it got a flat which exposed completely bald tires. Budget was Not helpful and did not give a discount despite having to have it towed.

        Customer service was really nice on 1/18 at 5:30pm. All my questions were answered well, even at the end of the day. The vehicle we reserved was available, even though they have a posted sign at the check in that they are "unable to guarantee reservations" due to a shortage of vehicles. I would call the local number before showing up if possible. Rate was half of my AAA discount at another rental company.
