Budget Car Rental

Did not follow through with reservation and never communicated their failure. Left me stranded no alternative available in the city. Do NOT use them.

The worst place to Rent a car in all of Durham County. These nasty workers don't clean the dirty cars and when I complain about the car one of the worker want to fight me and using racial words towards me. All the cars at this location is infected with cigarettes and they're extremely dirty. Don't even expect to get good customer service here either. They treat customers like trash. I'm going to call the head office, because this place needs cleaning up fast.

That clown on the phone was very disrespectful to me when I went there to pickup a car. This place is very disgusting and the people working here have no respect for customers. Shut it down!! They don't clean the cars and most of the car smells like cigarettes. so because I complain about the cigarettes smoking. This thing refuses to help me with a proper rental car. I will not stop until I get in touch with the head office to shut down this place and fire all of you people who works here. Lazy set of people. Go clean the dirty cars u all giving customers. Disgusting
