Budget Car Rental

We arrived at 8pm, 1 vehicle that would fit my family. Broken, no gas and dirty!! Had to go to another provider for a vehicle while kids waited in the cold broken mini van. Rep was not interested in providing help, info or any apology Very frustrated!! No refund as of this post 7 days later

I rented a car from here for a week. Car was clean and affordable. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Would rent from here again.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Charged me $400 the day before I was due to pick up the car. Arrived at the scheduled time only to be told they don't have any cars available and were unsure when they would have one ready. Woman I spoke with put me on hold twice before hanging up on me after 10 minutes. When I finally did get her on the phone, she told me she wasn't responsible for the issue, that she's only an independent operator. When I asked why, then, she was on the phone representing Budget/Avis, she hung up on me a third time. Still waiting for any information on the rental I already paid $400 for.
