My preference for star ratings would be -5 but you have to give at least one star. Truck dirty and transmission in truck went out 10hrs into trip and been sitting at hotel for 20hrs and still no replacement that was promised. Truck was not serviced properly. Never use this sorry company ever.

Terrible company. Reserved a moving truck 20 days in advance. Go there to pick it up and there is no truck. They send me to another location that also doesn't have any trucks. Waste a hour and a half tracking down a phantom truck. Called their 800 number. First guy hangs up, second guy lies to me and says a manager will call me back. No one ever did. Ended up going to a competitor for an emergency truck that cost me 2.5x the original price at budget. I guess you get what you pay for. These people take absolutely no responsibility for their actions.
