Closed early and denied access to pick up, well before closing time.

It gets busy around 3 pm

Why are there only 4 seats in the whole store? I want to be able to sit down and eat the food I ordered, away from the freezing cold outdoors.

Extremely rude service at the passport desk. They should take a lesson from the actual passport office downtown or the social security office, which are both fantastic.

Is the locker really open 24 hours a day? On the Amazon website it appears open until 6 p.m.

Very good service and very effective. I used it many times and it works very good. Also, customer service solved my problem when I had an issue with my package.
