I wish I could give zero stars because my experience was awful here. I went to the store twice in one day. The first time I went, I asked for labels to be made for a substantially sized shipment; the young man there was no help. I realized that labels could be made there (as that is a part of FedEx services), so I returned. Upon my second time, I tried to make my own labels, but realized there was no machine to do so. Due to this, I went back to the front desk. There, I was met with April. When she saw the size of my order, it was apparent she did not want to help. Numerous times she stated she would have to type in the addresses herself. Trying to push us away and make our own, April attempted to make it clear she wasn't "rejecting us." So, I gave her a chance and started putting packages on the table. She then stopped us from putting packages on the table and reminded us she would have to type them individually. That is when I had enough. I took the packages and left. She also stated they were closing soon (at 7:00 PM), and I arrived at 4:50 PM. There was also no other customer there.
