So I had the worst morning ever. Tried to go early to FedEx to have two books bound, but made it to this location during rush hour, two hours later than my anticipated time. I felt completely defeated because I had so much to do today and limited time. James asked his team to see if they could help and they went above and beyond to get this done. I was told that they would get back to me when the task was completed. I thought it was going to take a few hours. I kid you not, 15 minutes later I get a phone call asking me to come in. I went from having a bad day to it looking up because of James. I cant thank you all enough! Im a customer for life!

Had to get a package out for May 8th four days earlier Jaymz was so nice and helped me decide exactly what worked for me in terms of getting the birthday girl her gift on time. Really great location where staff interact with clients and are friendly. Go here 10/10

Went here the other day to purchase 4 cardboard boxes. The woman working at the desk informed me that the receipt machine wasnt working so I wouldnt be able to receive a receipt. When I got home I checked my bank account and I was charged $60 for the 4 boxes. Dont go here.
