First Off let me say this FedEx is so TRASHY & THE WORKERS DON’T KNOW what they’re doing. I went there Jan. 2 & Had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The “Assistant Manager” during the Day Messed up The Punching Holes on My Printed Pages to put in my Portfolio & said he was Gonna Fix it. Then, he had me waiting almost 15 Minutes for it then told Me: “I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO”. Like How are you an Assistant Manager & NOT KNOW HOW TO FIX THE DAM PROBLEM. Seriously, why do FedEx HIRE SOME PEOPLE WHO DON’T HAVE NO DAM EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. If Anyone is Reading This Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS FedEx. Sometimes they might Over Charge you for Stuff.

Very helpful staff and knowledgeable. If you ask, they will always go out of their way to help you. If you don’t ask, they won’t know. Ask them for help! They are very professional and polite with a wide range of printing and paper products; and they’re open 24 hours! You couldn’t find a better printing/paper/shipping store than this one.

DO NOT USE FEDEX FOR SHIPPING OVERSEAS
This fedex office itself is fine. Employees are helpful and friendly. However, I cannot recommend to use fedex for shipping overseas at all. Fares are ridiculous high. Further delivery service in Europe is totally non acceptable: delivery only between 9am and 6pm, neighbors only allowed to take care of your package upon written acceptance. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery fedex might ask you to pick up from a place more than 25km away.
