I later got the help I needed and I revised my review accordingly. Thank you! My previous review: No banker was available to help you for hours when I visited the branch to get help since my account was locked out while trying to send $500 to someone and phone rep couldn't solve your problem all day long. There was only one banker available (she claims that she needed to get her work done which she could have done after attending to many customers waiting. Also I called the branch manager to complain but after 20 min waiting, the girl came back saying the branch manager is out for lunch n would be back in 30 min.) I was very dissatisfied with their service but later they attended to me after a long waiting. Thank you for the help anyway and hope you will improve the service.

No ATM access during off hours. This is a harmful policy that discriminates against the people who live in the area and cannot find a chase ATM nearby.
