I will say something, I have been using different ones and exchanging checks for 6 years, this day I had a bad day in this place, the lady who always attends to me, she didn't want to help me with my check, this is my 3 times the same thing happens, she can't help people, they are average. rasistas normally I have been a customer for 6 years and I came across this place that just to change a check I had to wait an hour and that is very unpleasant for me because I was in line and they passed by and they didn't attend to me, they didn't even want me There should be an account so I can just come and change it if I don't have to wait for her because she didn't want to change me because it took so long and I pressured her to hurry up but I was on her phone talking to someone then the man called me racist without a clue why Because of waiting an hour, it practically doesn't even take 4 minutes to change it. I think they should change employees who are more expensive and qualified for a job like that.

I cashed my check without incident, I've also sent and received money thru Western Union.

I cant speak for the rest of the staff but from experience, Janeil is such a great employee, she helped me swiftly with care and compassion. She energy is infectious which makes the environment lighter and less tense. Now Ill be going there any time I need my check(s) cashed. Seriously though, give her a raise!!!!
