        I am not sure what is the main problem with this branch is but every time I come here they take forever with their service, whether it’s the drive thru window or in person. I waited about 20 mins in line even though there was just one person ahead of me and 3 tellers. There shouldn’t be any excuse as to why they are so slow with theirs service because the other branches I have been to are super fast and efficient. Very disappointed with how they’re doing business.

        This is a complain about your staff at the branch located at 179 ST and Hillside Ave in Jamaica queens, they are the laziest and careless people, they don’t want to help you, they don’t understand your problem and they are very disrespectful, I am moving my accounts from this bank because I am very disappointed.
