Avis Car Rental

Schedule reservations for Saturday and they took out the money out of my account for the rental and because you have a low credit score they will not accept your payment. No where in the policy it said that they need your credit card to be on hold. If you are using your debit card for the rental. To get refund 7/10 business but they are fast to take your money. I see why people go with enterprise they are way better.

I did reservation with Avis, I called the place they said they dont have it, they guy who answer the phone said thats how the system works, horrible service then 1 star more than deserve

The guy man didnt explain what i was signing nor confirm drop off location and I was charged incorrectly because it did not match what I specified in the app. He didn't even tell me what type of car it was and just handed me the keys.

Overall, the service is decent for this location. The staffs are helpful but not super warm. The major issue I have with is the website. I successfully made a reservation in the morning that I need a car in the afternoon, but later I got a call from them saying that they do not have a car to rent. Imagine one person books a hotel successfully and is on the flight to the destination, and got a call from the hotel informing there is actually no room for you. This happens to Enterprise too, which may explain why no body wants to work to make the website more accurate and reliable.
