        They swapped the 4Runner that we didn't want or reserve, for a really beat up Kia sedan. Still, Better than driving a 4Runner on the highway for 5 hours! Barely responsive rep helped with the switch.

        Awful. Do not rent from here. The car smelled like dog and vomit. The owner of Avis NP, John, and his employees are not competent and provide inaccurate information.
