Mailboxes on both sides of the median means you don't have to turn around. Lots of people were using the mailboxes. Convenient location, easy to find.

It's a mail box, nothing to special. Located in a busy parking lot of Chucky Cheese. No service or building, no overhang to protect from the weather.
