My item, shipped from Japan, processed in Cincinnati, and arrived in Omaha on January 23, 2024. When is DHL planning to update their shipment history? My expected delivery date is already several days past. I have no idea when, where or what is going on. Is it so hard to update the shipment info? Very poor service. And this is not the first time. Update: My item arrived by USPS one day after my original post. I just wish that more information and communication would be shared in the future to avoid these kind of frustrations. Thank you.

If I could give these guys a zero star i would.. no way to reach the local office.. have a package that has been sitting in their Warehouse for 4 days.. was supposed to be handed to another carrier for delivery by today.. tried to call.. got their foreign answering service.. asked for a supervisor.. they said one will call me back in 90 minutes.. terrible service .. terrible company.. unbelievable!!!

They say a package was delivered too me on the 30th of December 2023, never got it all was home all day. Thought they were to take a picture also since it was for Amazon

I have a package from Japan. It's already in DHL Omaha, NE last January 03, 2024. It was label created tru USPS but Pre-Shipment or awaiting the item until now. 6 days no update. Please help and find my package please.....
