Normally very nice I think he was overwhelmed Didn't get my recipient that I asked for I always like to go to bed and Gomez UPS but like I said he should have had more help he had a whole bunch of people didn't speak English and that shouldn't happen if you wanted to do business learn how to speak our language he couldn't understand any of them and wasn't very polite to me but I understand

This hub is the worst hub! They lie to people about their referral bonus, if you aren't paying close attention they'll short you on your checks. They are ungrateful liars! Do not work for them, do not use them! Use the postal office UPS doesn't deserve to be in business anymore.

I got a text message from UPS that said to click on a link. I always call to insure it isn't a scam. UPS dose not have someone you can call. There customer service line dose not have an option to talk to anyone and my question of was this text a scam or not is not an option for them. What is the point in having a customer service line if they don't actually give any customer service.

Received a broken mirror; I scheduled a pickup for a return to Amazon, it was picked up on January 22 at exactly 11:53pm. The driver apparently scanned the item but no delivery details were provided. I was told by Amazon via chat that they could track it on the backend. That it was scheduled to be delivered to them by 1/24. Was told to wait 30 days to get my money back. Waited, and then was told they now have no tracking info and that they would not be processing a refund. I spoke to ups and Amazon for 4 hours on 3/6, finally got UPS to file a claim. They said once they processed the lost mirror, they have to refund Amazon since they have a contract. Amazon is supposed to then refund me. However I called today, UPS said Amazon has not returned the claim Form. So I call Amazon to verify how Ill be contacted to get my refund once they receive theirs. Amazon claims they have no recollection of a claim or any forms. I have been trying to get money back for 2 months and no one is doing anything about it but me: I have a video of the driver taking the package, I have the receipt he handed me at the time he picked up. Still, Amazon is refusing to assist me with getting my money back. I feel scammed. They may get paid by UPS and Ill never be able to get my money back.
