Needed to pick up a package on a Saturday, supposed to be open 10-6. I came up multiple times to continuously see the gate shut and nobody ever showed up!!

Ashley has the worst attitude here. She's horrible at her job. But fedex is the worst out of the shipping companies so she fits in perfect with her terrible attitude and customer service.

ASHLEY G. ASHLEY G. ASHLEY G. !!!!!! This woman is 100% an asset to your company!! These are difficult times businesses are facing with staffing shortages and having applicants. That's why it's important to show your reliable staff that have stuck it out over the last two years and continue to show up for you everyday that you appreciate them!! My suggestion for you is to financially compensate ASHLEY appropriately, considering she's doing the job of two people since her co-worker left for Arizona ( I have a lot of projects and got to know both employees). I feel a special attachment to this lovely young lady, she goes above and beyond to provide great customer service with a smile and a pleasant attitude. She has great multi-tasking abilities during busy times and is always kind! In a world where people expect $15/ hour wage for $6/hr work ethic, she's has enormous value. Not only that, I've learned a little about Ashley, she's supporting a family and drives to West Omaha/Elkhorn from Council bluffs @ $4.00/ gal ( and rising). If anything compensation enough to cover gas is at least in order! Please do the right thing and show her your appreciation, without her, that particular location could write possibly be closed!! One more thing, she has many great reviews online, others see her value as well!! I hope you understand her value to your company!! Please make this a priority!
