I visited this facility on a Saturday, with my HUGE stroller, tons of baby things, including a small feeding chair etc and a box full of other things to ship back home. I was prepared to be extra nice, and hoping that the worker there would be helpful, as it's already STRESSFUL working on the road with my 7 month old and husband and always needing to ship/buy stuff... Katherine, not ONLY did not disappoint, but I want to stay in touch with her, she was SO GREAT!!! She helped me to get everything shipped and packed in a way that left me confident my baby's things would arrive safely and no one could tamper with it. She really made my day so bright, with her helpfulness and great customer service!!!! THANK YOU KATHERINE!!!

I totes tried to pick up my order right as they were getting ready to close but he still was super awesome and nice and unlocked the door to let me back in so I could pick up my print order. I didnt catch his name but I know he was filling in from another location. Awesome staff!!
