Hi Graham,I am not sure where you got your % from. Mail Plus is known to find the best price between all carriers, we do compare prices & are known to be lower than the franchises. We are usually priced at least 50% lower for box & pack prices. At Mail Plus you do not get the exact same service. We are able to go above and beyond and provide many services at no cost or very low cost. USPS does not give us a discount so we are priced so we don't lose money. We need to keep the lights on, the programs running, and employees happy. Our customers like the convenience of close to the door parking, no long lines, saving time (& money). With 20+ years of experience I do know the best price and best way to ship & pack while saving money. If you have any questions feel free to call me. I can explain why we charge extra on certain services. Thank you, CarrieGraham, to answer your last reply, we was wondering on what service and price. We understand about percentages. We do not charge that percentage on all services. Only the lower priced ones when we need to print a label, and spend extra time, time is money to some.
