I wasnt able to make it to Omaha to pick up my package in enough time and was worried it was going to make it difficult. Shivani was so kind and made it super easy for me to be able to get my package at a later time. Im so glad I had it sent here and took a lot of stress off my shoulders!

I love this place. From the moment of my call to inquire as to the services they provide, to the moment I finished my business with a very friendly thank you and have a nice day, this place is AWESOME!! I was a bit short on time and needed to get closing documents notarized and then sent Fed Ex...so kind to this old lady, it's difficult to find that these days! Thank you, Mail Depot for your kindness and excellent service.

I needed help with a return and they were so helpful in getting me a large box, extremely kind, and pleasant. Will definitely be doing my shipping here in the future!
