The Advantages

DO NOT MOVE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! These apartments are not safe nor should they be open for business. Most of the buildings are vacant and house homeless drug users,some buildings ( with tenants) havent had running water since January. Yes!!! NO RUNNING WATER IN SOME APARTMENTS!! Maintenance rides around smoking weed and drinking all day, maintenance issues hardly ever get addressed, rats can be heard running and digging in the ceilings because the buildings are infested with them and roaches. Black mold is growing in some of the buildings walls due to bursted pipes and water leaks, ceilings have holes and are falling in due to water issues. People shoot guns all hours of the day and night. In spring and summer they stop cutting the grass and it LITERALLY grows up over the sidewalks and buildings. They stop paying the trash bill for months at a time and the trash stacks up until the maintenance men get a trailer,load it and take it off after it starts to collect into roadways. The office doesnt help with ANYTHING and Beverly has the worst attitude ever. The electricity in some buildings are a fire hazard. Entire walls go out if you plug in something as simple as a microwave. Lights flicker for months and stop then start to flicker so badly you can barely function. Breaker boxes crackle and spark. Heating and cooling never works. Most buildings central air doesnt work so window units are needed. So basically in the summer prepare for no air conditioning and in the winter,beware. If theres really cold weather the pipes WILL BURST and you will not have water at all and may not ever have it again, PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE. ITS NOT WORTH THE RISK. ITS NOT SAFE AREN'T KEPT UP AT ALL!!!

If I can give a 0, I would. Don't fall for the pictures you see on their website. This place is disgusting! Mold! Air conditioning never works! The gate doesn't work. Literally got my car stolen right out the parking lot! Lost my job. I was at then end of my least and they restarted my lease. I had no money, job, or car! And now I have a $2000 charge on my credit for these apartments that won't help you OR understand problems At ALL! Can't wait till they are closed for good!

Sounds like somebody shouldve called OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and the BBB (Better Business Bureau)along time ago.
