I had a rental at the Courthouse. If you rent from this place know that all correspondence is via email or text. Be sure to complete application before leaving home. You will have to send info to get passcode to get room key (fob) from it's Keycafe (a kiosk) that is located on a wall outside of the building. It is not wheelchair accessible from the parking lot. This place is more like a B&B and not a hotel. It will cost you to park on the lot. Upon leaving I recommend you return the key to the Keycafe but you will have to make sure all your belongings are in your car because you will have to park off the parking lot before returning key fob to Keycafe. Rooms: At first glance the rental looked very cute. The rental had a cast iron stairwell that led to an upper loft. At The loft level there was the another bedroom and also the closet was located here which was a walk-in. The bathroom is on the upper level. Downstairs there is another bed, a full kitchen w/cook and dinner wear, a washer and dryer in an enclosed closet. Fully stocked with supplies including cleaning gear. I couldn't enjoy what looked to have been a very cute and welcoming rental because upon inspection I notice that the couch seem to have some type of residue on it. Turning the cushion over I found an empty condom wrapper, the small rug needed cleaning. There were two wine glass on the table that had sticky residue on it. The walls had smudges and footprints everywhere. So after driving 7 hour I spent an hour or so cleaning and washing the cover on the bed because I could not trust that the room was actually cleaned. The large TV remote batteries died. After informing agents about the condition of the room they said my cleaning fee was refunded. Safety: All rentals are on the first floor, must go through glass double doors. There is a night guard. There are cameras in and outside of the building.I don't know if he is there for the rentals or the residents but he is very helpful. The area is well lit. There is also a lot of police presents. There is a 10 dollar a day gated parking lot which you will need keyfob to enter. Noteworthy details: There are also very large windows . There seemed to have been some type of entertainment across the street.
