        Posting every time the water is out or off whether it be for 2 minutes or 2 hours and the gates have now been open all day and night for over 2 months see below 1/30/24 water off. No email, no notice. Maybe the city maybe the complex?? 2/18 water off No email, no notice. Maybe the city maybe the complex?? 3/30/24 water off no email no notice maybe city maybe complex?? 4/3/24 water off no email no notice maybe city maybe complex?? 4/9/24 water off no email no notice maybe city maybe complex?? To Property Owners: to improve fix issues below. ..ac rarely works well in summer, water is out often, hard to get anyone on the phone. There's rotten wood, mold and I don't have any updated appliances. The carpet is old the toilets are old but yet they want to charge the prices that all the updated apartments have. They did put in a dog park that has fleas and dog feces. I don't feel it is safe. several vehicles have been broken into and stolen. The gates rarely work but they advertise them and you pay for them in your rent..... As they replied to my review I did reach out and as usual I got no return calls even with my messages.

        Beware you will have a gas bill and the kitchen and bathrooms are severely outdated maintenance is not that good

        Tammy and Cher are a dynamic duo. The property is located in a great spot...I love to eat, and food places are all over... LOL

        Honestly I wished I could rate this complex 0 stars! Ive been living here going on three years. The first year was amazing , the rent was only $945 for two bedrooms. The apartment looked ok for the price.. could have had some more renovations. Now this is the third year and tell me why our rent raised to $1400 for two bedrooms!??? And thats not including utilities. the apartments arent even worth the new prices . The maintenance half do their jobs. The kitchens look very old and very old stoves thats not worth $1400, or even yet $1000. Its like we only paying for the area not the stay. Lets not mention the closet door was broke and it took maintenance forever to come and fix it. Once they fixed it , it broke once again . This company is basically just robbing residents if you ask me.
