The Crossings At Ridgewood Apartments

This is the worst place I've ever stayed. The management is clueless and theives. The maintenance mens are theives as well. I had a leak under my kitchen sink for a week before they ever came. I was at work at the time I get home the leak still existed and I had several items missing. They have a serious roach infestation problem, Upon me moving in the roaches met me at the door. I talked to the office staff about getting another apt they told me it's nothing they could do but have an exterminator come out that took almost a month after finally coming out the problem got worser. They advertise gated community but the gate stayed open 24/7 . I could barely sleep at night due to all the shooting and noise. The break-ins are constant both my cars were broken into on the same night. They can't run the camera back and see who did it because the camera wasn't recording that night. I would not recommend this apt to a Fly.

These place is awfully they dont fixed camera never works we got our car broken into twice the trash is awful the girls in the office attitude is awful they have new management but still its awful I feel like a live in the project the gates dont work and people dont fallow the rules the shooting and the homeless and trash and maintenance not fixing when you put a work order in is awful I give this place a 1 for a terrible place to live

Worst customer service ever , maintenance nor managers are responsible for any improvements
