Meadow Ridge Senior Apartments

I'm not the one to make a bad review. Needless to say, I was under the impression that moving my mother into Meadow Ridge Senior apartments would have been a good fit. Needless to say, I was wrong. To begin the stove has an extreme electrical problem (strikes sparks when turned on) raising concerns for the mother's safety. Crime is out of hand( auto theft, no cameras or police patrolling the area) Additionally, there's a roach, bed bugs and ants infestation in the building (2nd and 3rd floor). Moreover, the toilet significantly runs and needs the attention of a professional plumber. Due to the leak from the second floor, as you can see from the photos below the bathroom ceiling needs IMMEDIATE ATTENTION. Ms.J the Property Manager is aware of these concerns. My mother was reassured these issues would be addressed immediately, now she's been told to allow the ceiling to dry, then the matter would be attended to. TOO MANY DAYS HAVE PASSED MY MOTHER IS A SENIOR WITH EXTREME HEALTH MATTERS. Regrettably, these problems persist and my mother has not received any alternate accommodations even after requesting to be moved to another unit. Additionally, as of today's date, my mother has yet to receive her lease from 2022 and 2023! As her daughter and power of attorney, I have made contact with my legal representation concerning this matter. Hopefully, we can address the issues at hand. THE BATHROOM CEILING IS STILL LEAKING

Poor management. Not the people in the office. The owners of the property. Not putting the money back into the facility for better upkeep.

The manager, Beverly, is an awesome person to work with. She welcomed me into the facility with open arms and allowed me to assist with having events that will help her tenants with medical needs, primary care needs, etc. I recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a safe place to stay as well as being treated like family rather than a tenant.

I might moved to Meadow Ridge on August 27 and so far everything has been great. Beverly the property manager is the sweetest, when I had an issue it was taken care of promptly. She cares about her tenants and their safety as well as the condition of the building itself. I pray that shes here a long time because its not every day you run across a manager like her.
