I bought my vehicle in for a routine oil change which was part of a 3 year service plan. My service representative Christian was friendly and professional. He understood that I would be waiting for my vehicle and kept me abreast of any findings. As it turned out I needed additional service that would require me to leave my vehicle. Although there was additional cost, Christian quickly put me in a loaner vehicle so that I could get on with my day. In addition, I was able to utilize a promised credit by the general manager, that was given to me a year ago. I'm very pleased with my service experience at BMW of Towson as I always am whenever I bring my vehicle in! - Lisa G.
