I bought a 2008 911 from BMW of Bel Air late January. They serviced it at their Porsche Towson shop. I had it shipped to my home. I drove for about 250 miles when a friend said he didn't like the noise in the motor. I took it for a service and after much effort they found cylinders 5 and 6 to be in bad shape and stated with no question that this was not a new issue. I spoke to owner and VP Ops of Priority 1 to give them a chance to help and basically got lip service. I am looking at well over $20k in service to make it right. They offered zero compensation for me having a car that was hugely devalued. I am selling it wholesale and taking a very large hit. I know it was used and didn't expect a new car but for sure expected some sort of follow thru on a product they sold and supposedly serviced. Their answer was to take it to the auction and let someone buy it and that someone would then inherit the same issue and I will not do that. Beware of this Auto Group.
