Was visiting the area from out of town and had an emergent situation . Contacted Towson and spoke to Service Manager Kyle. Had my GS460 towed in. Kyle was calm and reassuring and promised that they would take care of it. After asking me a series of questions, he went out , checked my vehicle, and was able to identify the problem almost immediately. His superior knowledge of the vehicle, along with his kind demeanor will never be forgotten. For that reason, I highly recommend this dealership as things are always wonderful when purchasing a new vehicle, but the true test is what happens when it needs servicing. Kudos to Kyle and team!
