      image Ive owned four BMWs before this one, so Im obviously biased in favor of the brand. This review is about my experience with the staff at BMW of Owings Mills. To get right to the point, everyone I dealt with made the experience a exceptionally positive and I usually HATE buying cars. Lee Gedansky was the sales rep (they call them client advisors). Hes new there as of this writing, but hes a super guy easy to talk to and a pleasure to work with. The sales manager, David Hess, made it a point to get and stay engaged, and worked hard to iron out all the little issues that can crop up in the process. Likewise, the finance side, with Jesse Malone, was an easy, pleasant experience (except for a minor computer hiccup). Ill probably post a separate review after I take the car in for service. For now, the place definitely gets two thumbs up.
