Service advisor was good, car was serviced good for what i went therebfor but the inspection was incorrect, the video said my brakes were good at 6mm, but they were worn to the rotor..went to another shop to get them replaced with the rotor 5 days later...I have the parts and yes they were bad

My sales associate Allison, the service manager, and the business manager were courteous, efficient, friendly and made sure I had everything I needed and nothing I didnt. Would buy another car is a heartbeat from BelAir BMW.

I bought a pre-owned vehicle at BMW of Bel Air from Sean Gebhart. The vehicle was 2 years old but it looked brand new with less than 3,000 miles. I was lucky to have Sean as my Client Advisor! Sean has broad experience in the auto industry and can explain anything you want to know about engines and cars in general! Alexander made signing of papers a breeze. The show room was spotless and everyone there was friendly. I highly recommend BMW of Bel Air and Sean for your next new BMW or Pre-Owned vehicle.

Went to BMW of Bel Air to have my 15,000 mile service checkup on my 2008 BMW. Was treated very well. My service advisor Andrew was very kind and transparent with what I needed done and the cost. The tech that serviced my vehicle sent the video of what he was doing and explained everything clearly. The young lady at checkout was very polite and pleasant as well. They even had coupons to lower the cost. Yes you did see right I only have 15,187 miles on my vehicle. I would highly recommend them for servicing you vehicle.
Update: Took my 2008 BMW in for my yearly oil change and check up on 4-5-2024, my mileage now is 16,818 from last year. I must admit I really don't go very far to often. Andrew my advisor was still as polite and pleasant as always. He even joked with me that my car still had the new car smell. ( It's the air freshener, I have in it. Lol) However a customer sitting in the waiting area did however say. I thought your vehicle was new. He said his is a 2017 and doesn't look as nice as mine. I said, Thank you.Jonathan my vehicle technician went over my vehicle and gave me my update and again they had coupons that helped lower the cost, for what I needed done. I love the video of my vehicle that they do so that you can see what their recommendations are and why. All of the staff here are really nice. I still highly recommend BMW of Belair for all of you BMW vehicle needs.
