Never lived here personally. I drive for uber and did some serious searching for an apartment in the Lawrence area. The office people were kind enough, but of course they are to prospective tenants. I was told by an uber passenger that their car was towed without warning or notice at all. If you are living at an apartment, you should be allowed to park in the property of which you are renting. They said their reason was due to the vehicle not running. That is ridiculous and I want nothing to do with big companies who love to be screwing over the tenants every chance they get. It's absolutely horrible, do not rent here.

horrible place to live, maintenance sucks, management is bad and has awful communication then have the nerve to have a attitude. also my apartment flooded when it rained they never did anything about except clean the carpet after it was soaked.

Property is way too overpriced for how small the apartment is The price right now is $800 for a one bedroom one bath and it's moving up to 900 for a one bedroom one bath per month and it is just not worth it. I moved out of a three bedroom duplex with a backyard runner, a garage one and a half bath. Paid 800 a month for that and this place charges 800 a month for a one bedroom one bath That's small The covered parking doesn't do anything because they're not taking care of. Still gets rained on snowed on everything else. I had a leak on my car and I'm parked under the covered parking because it's supposed to be covered parking and the inside of my car still got soaked from the rain because the covered parking leaks in every stall
